Is the school year starting in spring, with multiple smaller vacations? Or will it start in fall, with a summer vacation?

Let's just say it starts on the first day of Spring. Because that totally makes sense anywhere you go, right?! Though, that way we won't have to mess around with the calendar. (So the next week can just be the LEAD-UP to the first day of school and then on the 21st, that's the first?)
