Ten Facts About Your Character:
- Feliciano lived with Grandpa Rome since an early age. He was unaware of the existence of his older brother until he was four. He has been trying to make up for lost time since, but hasn't really lucked out since Lovino's kind of a jerk to him (well, okay, a lot of a jerk to him). He's optimistic, though!
- In his elementary school years, Feliciano attended a strict boarding school. He spent much of his time at boarding school cleaning floors as punishment, his tendency to space out at inopportune times being the main reason. He was also constantly mistaken for a girl because of his voice and dress style, but was too laid back to correct anyone... or even notice that people thought he was a girl in the first place. He made the most out of his time at boarding school, though, even finding his first love.
- Feliciano is really bad at focusing on his studies. During class, he'd often space out and think about his next meal or doodle in his notebooks instead of listening. It's a miracle he got through high school at all.
- Because he's cute, cowardly and a giant pushover, he has always been a primary target for bullies. Luckily for him, he's too laid-back to let it have a big effect on him (he's just extra cowardly, it's nothing new). Despite the bullying and teasing, he retains a cheerful and easygoing nature that allows him to make friends easily.
- Feliciano never goes anywhere without a white handkerchief in his pocket. When conflicts arise, he will quickly brandish the handkerchief and... admit defeat, ask for mercy and generally act like the giant coward that he is. He hates conflict enough to be a giant weirdo about it.
- He's a tad clumsy getting around, but is extremely good with his hands. He's a skillful artist, a spectacular cook, can play the violin and the piano (but not expertly as he's too lazy to practice) and could even sew some clothes for you if you ask him nicely.
- Feliciano really likes taking his (naked) 3PM siestas. In fact, he NEEDS his 3PM siestas, and tends to fall asleep within an hour if he doesn't get his power nap.
- Though generally a weak person, Feliciano is extremely good at soccer. Promises of lots and lots of gelato will convince him to help the Hetalia University team with important games.
- Feliciano is a cliché romantic and a giant sap, and rather enjoys flirting with pretty girls. He's rather good at wooing the ladies, too. And all that despite the fact that his first love was a boy... he happily plays for both teams.
- He makes for a much better Catholic than his brother does, though he doesn't feel a need to brag about it. A good idea, since he spends most of Sunday mass sleeping on the bench and mumbling about pasta.
A secret he wouldn't want anyone to learn about: He would rather not have all the responsibilities of a country. If he could spend the rest of his days relaxing and sketching and eating food high in carbohydrates, he would have. He's in the university only out of duty. Besides, someone's going to have to help Lovino, right?

Anything else?: What I know about Italian culture comes mostly from a single visit to Rome, history of art classes in high school and the Internet. And, well, an encyclopedia or five. Still, all this makes me NOT AN EXPERT. Plus, my Italian is flimsy at best. If I make a mistake, smack me over the head with a spoon and tell me about it. I don't like making mistakes or leaving made mistakes unattended to! That's just wrong, folks.
